Problem: Waves Salon has multiple locations in the Central Valley. They are a full-service salon with heavy clientele traffic. They employ salon managers, workers and have independent contractors renting space in their salon facilities, as well.  With a moderate turnover rate, it is crucial to train all workers and independent contractors to recognize and address salon safety issues in order to promote a seamless experience for clients as well as employees and independent contractors. 

Solution: This training provided ways to mitigate safety risks in the salon. Salon owners increased safety protocols and practices so that 100% of all employees, managers and independent contractors are trained in how to adhere to the safety protocols in this training.

Problem: The Craft Maker’s Store is adding stock for candle making due to the demand for candle making supplies. The Craft Maker’s Store prides themselves on their personalized customer service and they maintain their customer loyalty.  However, the employees are not familiar with candle making supplies and it is imperative that all employees are trained and knowledgeable in the supplies needed for candle making to serve their customers properly. 

Solution: Upon completion of the course managers and employees were able to compare and contrast as well as define terminology associated with candle making. Furthermore, they were able to recommend the correct candle materials based on the needs of their customers.
