About Me

When designing content using adult learning theories and the ADDIE model, I address the diverse needs of the learner ensuring that the instructional content is relevant and engaging. Employing a thorough needs analysis is a critical component when creating a learner-centric course. My collaborative nature and empathetic listening skills allow me to effectively work with subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to extract information and organize it into digestible modules. I develop courses that align to the learning objectives and use assessments to gauge the learners' understanding in order to drive results.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy exploring this gorgeous country of ours, hiking (preferably to waterfalls), visiting historical tourist attractions, exploring beaches, and spending time with my loved ones.
